Refund Policy

BossIt charges monthly. Here is how billing and refunds work.

  • Cancel in Settings
    Access runs to the end of the month.
  • No partial refunds
    You keep what you have paid for.
  • Billing errors fixed
    We aim to sort them within 2 business days.

01Cancellation

You can cancel any time in Settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

02Refunds

We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months. If you cancel, you keep access for the remainder of the month you have already paid for.

03Billing errors

If you are charged incorrectly, contact us and we will fix it. We aim to resolve billing issues within 2 business days.
